DLC Two Colonels
In the metro near dead Novosibirsk, Colonel Khlebnikov goes home to celebrate the New Year with his son Kirill. The situation is tense: the slime absorbs the tunnels, the mutant attacks become more frequent, and the radioprotector ends.
Together with Colonel Melnikov, you will learn about the fate of Khlebnikov in the dying Novosibirsk. In the new linear chapter, you will find the classic gameplay of the Metro series, complete with new weapons, a deadly flamethrower, and such a familiar tense atmosphere of narrow tunnels.
DLC Sam’s Story
Sam, an American Marine who served in the Moscow embassy before the war, had long dreamed of returning to his homeland and possibly finding his family. In the dark tunnels of the metro, the prospect seemed impossible, but when the Spartans discovered that Moscow was not the only city left alive after the war, the hope for a bright future no longer seemed so stupid. Sam leaves Aurora in search of a way back to the United States and reaches the harbors of Vladivostok, swept away by the devastating tsunami, crumbling industrial buildings and residential areas. Sam will soon realize that in order to survive, he will need to use everything he has learned, because these places will not be as hospitable as expected.
Together with Sam, players will embark on a completely new journey through the wastelands of post-apocalyptic Russia, surviving in the harsh conditions of a destroyed city.

Enhanced Edition Features

The update improves reflections and adds support for DLSS 2.0 for NVIDIA graphics cards, which means increased image detail, frame rate, and screen resolution. The result of further cooperation with NVIDIA was the modernization of global lighting technology, first added in the original version of Metro Exodus. Now every light source is equipped with ray tracing. In addition, the ray-tracing radiated lighting technologies, first added in the Two Colonels expansion, are supported throughout the game.
The scale of innovation in Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition is so great that to play this version, you will need a video card with ray tracing function. The update will be available as a separate product, and owners of Metro Exodus on PC will be able to receive it as a gift.
